Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that solve complex problems. Your expertise in Figma allows you to develop high-fidelity prototypes and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You understand the importance of user research and testing, and you are skilled at translating user feedback into actionable design improvements. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing focus time with in-person collaboration to foster innovation and team culture.

You are a strong communicator, able to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders at all levels. You have experience working with product managers and engineers to ensure that designs are feasible and align with technical constraints. Your passion for design extends beyond aesthetics; you are committed to creating products that enhance user productivity and satisfaction. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your work and the products you design.

Desirable

Experience in designing for AI-driven products or productivity tools is a plus. Familiarity with design systems and the ability to contribute to their development will set you apart. You are proactive in staying updated with design trends and best practices, and you enjoy mentoring junior designers to help them grow in their careers.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Grammarly, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and powerful tools that enhance user experience across the Superhuman suite of applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define the user experience and ensure that it meets the needs of our largest customers. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices.

You will have the opportunity to work on projects that impact millions of users worldwide, helping them communicate better and manage their productivity. Your designs will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products, and you will be encouraged to bring your ideas to the table.
