What you'll do

As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Business Operations & Strategy (Optimization) team. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize and grow the global supply chain, ensuring that suppliers have access to the tools and insights they need to thrive on GetYourGuide. You will collaborate closely with various teams to design and implement operational processes that enhance supplier connectivity and support.

You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, driving initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience. Your strategic mindset will enable you to develop and execute plans that align with the company's mission and objectives. You will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
