Who you are
You have a proven track record in business operations and strategy, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a sales environment. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at coaching and developing team members to achieve their best. You are adept at setting clear goals and priorities, ensuring high-quality delivery from your team. Your experience with sales technology and CRM systems is extensive, and you understand how to leverage these tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.
You are passionate about integrating AI into sales processes, identifying use cases that can enhance performance across the sales funnel. You have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to partner effectively with data and product teams to test and scale AI solutions. Your ability to design and implement training programs for sales teams is a key strength, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to meet their targets and deliver exceptional results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Sales Operations specialists, focusing on building a high-performing culture that prioritizes collaboration and results. You will define the strategy and roadmap for the sales tech stack, driving improvements and ensuring data quality in collaboration with technical teams. Your mission includes identifying and prioritizing AI use cases that can transform the sales process, working closely with data and product teams to roll out and scale these solutions effectively.
You will also be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training and enablement programs for the sales team, creating playbooks and guidelines that support ongoing development. Your leadership will ensure that the team is aligned with the company's strategic goals and that they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles. You will manage performance metrics and drive accountability within the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
