Who you are
You have a strong background in customer experience strategy, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of customer health and retention, and you have a proven track record of driving customer success initiatives. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer needs and develop strategies that enhance their experience with our products.
You are a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success Architects, Managers, and Engineers. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies and insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
As a CX Strategy Manager at GitLab, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer health and retention. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to identify areas for improvement and create initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience. Your role will involve analyzing customer feedback and data to inform your strategies and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on customer success goals and objectives. This includes working with product teams to provide insights on customer needs and preferences, which will help shape product development and enhancements.
