Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong background in developing full stack applications that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience initiatives. You are comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that your solutions align with business goals and user needs. Your expertise includes understanding microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems, which allows you to contribute effectively to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategies for GTM platforms.
You are familiar with Go-to-Market (GTM) platforms and related business processes, such as Content Management Systems like AEM, Salesforce, and Marketo. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to guide junior and intern developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence within your team. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to take ownership of key projects that drive meaningful business impact.
Desirable
While not required, experience with AI-driven tools and data workflows to enhance automation and operational efficiency would be a plus. You are also encouraged to bring any additional skills or experiences that could contribute to the success of the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering best-in-class customer and support solutions that enhance and empower the user journey. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and iterate on scalable technical solutions. Your contributions will directly impact high-impact projects and strategic initiatives within the GTM Engineering team. You will develop full stack applications that support various initiatives, ensuring that the systems you build are robust, adaptable, and aligned with Dropboxβs broader goals.
You will be responsible for contributing to the design, build, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performing systems and integrations. Your role will involve using AI-driven tools and data workflows to enhance automation, personalization, and operational efficiency. You will also guide junior and intern developers, helping them grow while contributing to a culture of technical excellence. Your effective communication skills will be essential as you work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
