GitLab is hiring an Enablement Specialist for their New Business team to build and run the enablement infrastructure for Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. This role requires collaboration with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance sales effectiveness.

Who you are
You have a strong background in enablement or training, ideally within a technology or software company. Your experience includes developing training programs that empower sales teams to achieve their targets effectively. You understand the nuances of the sales process and can translate complex concepts into actionable training materials. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a remote work environment, and you are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to drive results. You are data-driven and can analyze the effectiveness of training initiatives to continuously improve them. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage and motivate diverse teams.
What you'll do
As an Enablement Specialist at GitLab, you will be responsible for creating and implementing enablement programs that help our sales teams succeed. You will work closely with Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to identify their training needs and develop tailored content that accelerates their ability to earn new logos. You will collaborate with GTM leadership to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives. Your role will involve analyzing sales performance data to assess the impact of training initiatives and making recommendations for improvements. You will also facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of resources and tools that support ongoing learning and development within the sales organization.
