What you'll do

As the Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture and AI, you will be responsible for defining the architecture strategy that aligns with GitLab's business objectives. You will lead the Integration, RPA, and AI Engineering teams, ensuring that all systems work cohesively to support our rapidly scaling business. Your role will involve collaborating with the CIO and other leaders to establish governance frameworks that guide technology integration across the organization.

You will drive the adoption of AI as a core productivity multiplier within GitLab, encouraging team members to incorporate AI into their workflows. This will involve developing training programs and resources that empower employees to leverage AI tools effectively. You will also oversee the evaluation and implementation of new technologies that can enhance our platform and improve user experiences.
