What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Enterprise Technology & AI, you will lead and scale GitLab's India hub, focusing on delivery excellence and operational rigor. You will be accountable for building and maturing delivery capabilities in India, ensuring that the team meets the high standards expected by GitLab. You will collaborate closely with other leaders to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.

You will also play a key role in shaping the culture of the team, promoting the use of AI as a core productivity multiplier. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project delivery, mentoring team members, and ensuring that the team is equipped to tackle complex challenges in software development.
