Overview

Thumbtack is hiring an Enablement Trainer II to deliver impactful training programs for frontline teams. You'll facilitate onboarding and continuous upskilling initiatives. This role requires expertise in training and enablement.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in training and enablement, with experience in delivering high-impact programs that empower teams to excel in their roles. You are a trusted facilitator and subject matter expert, capable of leading complex training initiatives across various functions including Sales, Service, Success, and Trust & Safety. Your ability to engage and motivate participants ensures that learning objectives are met effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information in an accessible manner. You are adept at creating engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse audiences, including employees, customers, and partners. Your passion for continuous improvement drives you to evolve training content and methodologies based on feedback and best practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the facilitation of major enablement programs, including employee onboarding and continuous upskilling initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various teams to identify training needs and develop tailored content that addresses those needs. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering virtual learning experiences that enhance product supportability and empower users to self-serve their needs.

You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. By fostering a culture of learning and development, you will help ensure that Thumbtack's frontline teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles.
