You have a strong background in retail operations and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. What you'll do
In this role, you will support the store's leadership team in driving the overall performance of the store. You will be a constant presence on the floor, engaging with both customers and employees to create a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include training and mentoring team members, ensuring that they embody Glossier's values in their interactions. You will also be involved in operational tasks, from inventory management to customer service, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in implementing strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Additionally, you will collaborate with other leaders to develop initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
