What you'll do

You will assess and advise on the launch of new verticals, projects, and commercial activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will manage day-to-day legal implications and work closely with the local and HQ Legal Team to navigate operational challenges. Your role will involve drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal advice on commercial matters, and ensuring that the company's activities align with legal requirements. You will also be involved in risk assessment and mitigation strategies, helping the company to operate smoothly and efficiently.
