What you'll do
As the Head of Commercial for Romania, you will own the commercial performance and long-term growth of Glovo’s restaurant business across the country. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive selection growth, partner revenue, user value, and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
You will lead a team of commercial professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to help them develop their skills and advance their careers. Your role will involve regular engagement with partners to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities for collaboration. You will also be tasked with analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform Glovo's strategic direction in Romania.
