What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Non-Food Retail vertical for Glovo in Romania, focusing on expanding the portfolio of retail partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive growth and enhance partner relationships. Your day-to-day activities will include overseeing a team of Account Managers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will ensure that the retail strategy aligns with Glovo's overall mission and objectives. You will also be involved in negotiating contracts and agreements with retail partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that drive long-term success.
