You have extensive experience in employee relations and labor law, ideally with a focus on the Spanish market. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the labor relations strategy across Glovo, with a particular focus on our largest employee base in Spain. You will lead a team of People Advisors, delegating responsibilities and setting performance goals to ensure their professional growth. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure legal integrity and foster positive labor relations throughout the organization. Your role will involve developing policies and procedures that align with best practices in employee relations. You will also be tasked with addressing employee concerns and grievances, ensuring that they are handled in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience at Glovo, driving initiatives that promote engagement and satisfaction.
