Your background includes managing teams and developing strategies that ensure legal integrity while fostering positive labor relations. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the labor relations strategy across Glovo, focusing on our largest employee base in Spain. You will lead a small team of People Advisors, delegating responsibilities and ensuring their professional development. Your work will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as fostering a positive work environment. You will engage with employees to understand their concerns and work towards resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will develop training programs to educate employees and management on labor relations best practices. Your role will also include monitoring labor relations trends and making recommendations for improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. You will play a key role in shaping the company's culture and values, ensuring they align with our mission of being a force for good in the communities we serve.
