What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the governance and performance of the Order to Cash process, ensuring that it operates efficiently from customer order receipt through to invoicing and cash collection. You will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing the process, reducing cycle times, and improving customer satisfaction. You will also manage dispute resolution processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

You will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and technology teams to implement best practices and leverage technology solutions that enhance process efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Order to Cash team.
