Glovo is seeking a Lead Process Owner O2C to oversee the governance and continuous improvement of the Order to Cash process. This role requires strong leadership and operational expertise to enhance process efficiency.
Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced Process Owner with a strong background in finance operations, particularly in the Order to Cash domain. You have a proven track record of managing end-to-end processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions that enhance operational performance.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure alignment and achieve common goals. Your communication skills enable you to articulate complex processes clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the governance and performance of the Order to Cash process, ensuring that it operates efficiently from customer order receipt through to invoicing and cash collection. You will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing the process, reducing cycle times, and improving customer satisfaction. You will also manage dispute resolution processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
