What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Risk Assurance team in overseeing the company's risk management framework. You will be responsible for analyzing risk exposure and providing insights that support leadership in making informed decisions. Your work will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into the company's operations. You will also play a key role in developing and maintaining the Internal Control System, ensuring that it aligns with best practices and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the Group Insurance Program, helping to identify coverage needs and manage claims effectively.

You will engage with stakeholders across the organization to promote a culture of risk awareness and accountability. This includes conducting training sessions and workshops to educate employees about risk management principles and practices. You will also be involved in regular risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the company's risk management policies and procedures, ensuring they are robust and effective.
