What you'll do

In this role, you will support and help embed the risk culture within the organization, contributing to the integration of the risk management framework. You will advise, support, and challenge the business and senior management in identifying and managing risks effectively. Your responsibilities will include assisting teams in completing their biannual Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) and tracking and managing Risk Event submissions. You will conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for corrective actions, ensuring a strong governance structure is maintained across the group.

You will monitor monthly Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and work closely with various teams to update KRIs and their thresholds as part of the annual review process. Staying up-to-date on risk trends and best practices will be essential, as you will make recommendations for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with the business to assess the impact of emerging risks and regulations, contributing to a proactive risk management approach.
