You are an Account Supervisor with a passion for making a difference in the world. You thrive in high-pressure environments and have experience managing communications for global campaigns. Your ability to write compelling messages allows you to distill complex ideas into clear, motivating content that resonates with diverse audiences.
You have a proven track record of developing and implementing both paid and organic communications plans. Building rapport and credibility with clients comes naturally to you, as you provide expert counsel based on trust. You are skilled in researching, writing, and presenting proposals, creative strategy briefs, and various media materials.
Collaboration is key to your success; you lead projects across departments, including creative, digital, media, and production teams. You ensure that communications and advertising campaigns are on strategy, on time, and within budget. Your experience in managing multiple time zones and fast-paced environments makes you an asset to any team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage communications for high-pressure global transportation safety campaigns. You will help write and develop compelling messages that break through the noise and motivate audiences to take action. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing comprehensive communications plans that align with client objectives.
You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that all campaigns are executed effectively and meet agency standards. This includes working closely with creative teams to develop engaging content for web and social media platforms. You will also be responsible for presenting proposals and strategy briefs to clients, ensuring that all communications are clear and impactful.
Your role will require you to stay informed about the issues that matter to GMMB, including education, health, climate, democracy, economic mobility, and social justice. You will be expected to contribute to the agency's mission of making a difference in the world through effective communication strategies.
What we offer
GMMB offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to balance in-office presence with remote work. The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $95,000, reflecting the value we place on your skills and experience.
