You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, which enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.

You are adept at financial management, tracking project budgets, and providing accurate forecasts for revenue and resource allocation. Your experience in a marketing agency environment has equipped you with the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of client relationships and project execution. You are a proactive communicator, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

As an Account Supervisor at Targetbase, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities to ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met. You will lead the development of project schedules, budgets, and deadlines, facilitating team meetings and updating schedules as necessary. Your role will involve owning project financials, tracking fiscal budgets, and providing account leads with accurate information for revenue forecasting and resource projections.

You will take charge of all aspects of project management, including scope definition, project planning, execution of deliverables, and management of change requests. Quickly learning proprietary Targetbase tools and methodologies will be essential to ensure the success of your projects. You will act as the daily client contact, ensuring that all projects for which you are responsible are completed on specification and within scope. Your ability to identify opportunities for growth will be crucial in enhancing both the agency's and clients' business outcomes.
