Who you are

You are looking to develop a career in credit control and are eager to gain experience in operating and reporting on credit processes. You have a collaborative mindset and are ready to work closely with senior credit controllers to ensure optimal debt control while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You possess excellent communication skills, which will help you effectively resolve and manage outstanding invoices and delinquent accounts. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of maintaining accurate records and following up on payments in a timely manner.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the resolution and management of outstanding invoices, ensuring that all accounts are up to date. You will communicate directly with customers to address any issues related to payments and work with various teams to streamline the credit control process.

You will collaborate with Customer Operations and other departments to maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while also adhering to company policies. Your role will involve reporting on credit processes and providing insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness in debt collection.
