What you'll do

In this role, you will operate the technical and tooling capabilities of GoCardless's front-line Operations teams. Your mission is to focus on optimizing and improving team efficiency across various departments, including Customer Operations, KYC, and Compliance, as well as Internal Operations like Billing and Credit Control. You will collaborate closely with these teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance their workflows. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting existing systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
