Your expertise in automation tools and scripting languages, particularly Golang, allows you to streamline operations effectively.

You have a proven track record of designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices that enhance automation capabilities. Your experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation ensures that you can deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational needs.

Desirable

Experience with large-scale database management and infrastructure is a plus. Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure as code practices will further enhance your ability to contribute to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing automation tools and services that streamline database operations across multiple teams. You will build and maintain REST APIs and microservices that integrate seamlessly with the database infrastructure, ensuring that application demands are met efficiently. Your work will involve developing custom software solutions and internal tooling to support database management at scale.

You will engineer CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation to enhance the reliability and performance of the database systems. Collaborating with over 50 teams, you will ensure that the database infrastructure supports both corporate applications and customer hosting services effectively. Your contributions will play a crucial role in managing potentially the largest WordPress fleet in existence, impacting millions of users.
