You are a strategic product marketer with over 5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or B2B platforms β you have a proven track record of translating complex products into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with diverse audiences. Your expertise in marketing operations allows you to effectively drive go-to-market strategies and execution across multiple product areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform your decisions β you understand the importance of metrics in evaluating the success of marketing initiatives and can pivot strategies based on insights. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, ensures that marketing efforts are well-integrated and impactful.

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for GoodLeap's payments technology, financing solutions, and SaaS products β you will develop comprehensive marketing plans that drive user acquisition and engagement, ensuring that the value of these products is effectively communicated to target audiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand product features and benefits, translating them into compelling marketing messages.
You will conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, using this information to refine marketing strategies and product positioning β your insights will help shape the development of new offerings and enhance existing ones. You will also oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
Additionally, you will work with sales teams to create sales enablement materials that empower them to effectively communicate product value to potential clients β your role will be crucial in ensuring that marketing and sales efforts are aligned and that the messaging is consistent across all channels.
