Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development. Your background includes meeting Business-to-Business sales goals and pitching advertising solutions to customers. You are fluent in both English and German, enabling you to effectively manage client relationships in the region. You have a proven track record of managing and customizing experiences for a diverse customer base, and you thrive in collaborative environments, working well with cross-functional international teams.

You possess strong strategic thinking skills, allowing you to develop actionable business recommendations and improve internal processes. Your ability to lead and motivate others is complemented by your attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are passionate about sales and knowledgeable about online media, committed to maximizing customer success through innovative solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation for Google’s advertising solutions. You will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions that help achieve their sales goals. You will create tailored pitches for clients, working towards mutual business objectives and continuously seeking creative ways to enhance client relationships. Your role will involve producing interpretable insights from data analysis and delivering data-driven strategic recommendations to customers.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that performance-enhancing suggestions are shared effectively.
