Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, or digital marketing roles. Your fluency in both English and Mandarin allows you to effectively engage with clients in the region, building trusted relationships and uncovering their business needs. You possess strong investigative skills, enabling you to leverage data to uncover insights that support proposals and analyze impact. Your experience in advertising and media account management has equipped you with the ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail, whether working independently or collaboratively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive user acquisition and client success by conducting outbound calls to establish relationships with existing clients and generate growth. You will assess and solve client needs through effective questioning and objection handling, promoting performance-enhancing suggestions. Your ability to manage multiple projects will be crucial as you work closely with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI-era. You will be responsible for identifying key client stakeholders to support their business objectives and annual digital marketing plans, ensuring that you consistently deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers.
