Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, or a digital marketing role. Your ability to communicate fluently in both Korean and English allows you to effectively interact in this customer-facing position. You bring a strong understanding of the online media environment and a passion for sales, which drives your commitment to maximizing customer success.
Your experience includes developing and presenting solutions through various channels, such as over the telephone, email, and in-person meetings. You have a background in business technology, advertising, or media sales, and you are familiar with managing advertising or media campaigns across multiple platforms. You excel at managing multiple accounts while paying attention to detail, ensuring that you meet the diverse needs of your clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful advertising solutions. You will drive customer growth by delivering a quality sales experience and achieving their business and marketing goals. Your responsibilities will include pitching and consulting with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and managing risks.
You will collaborate closely with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, ensuring that you consistently deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers. Your ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships with end customers or agencies will be crucial in this role, as you work to achieve multi-quarter plans for success.
