Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or with advertising agencies. Your fluency in English and Korean allows you to effectively communicate in this customer-facing role, building trusted relationships with clients. You have experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients and collaborating with C-level stakeholders, showcasing your ability to engage at all levels of an organization.
Your background includes leading and executing functions within the digital marketing space, managing a portfolio in advertising or media sales, and achieving quotas to drive growth. You possess knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategies and tactics, as well as product knowledge across all digital advertising products. You are skilled in solving client needs through effective sales techniques, including questioning and managing goals, while also utilizing storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive customer growth by delivering a quality sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing goals. You will pitch and consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets, establishing credibility with executives and serving as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investments. You will work closely with sellers to shape risks and build multi-quarter plans for achievement, ensuring that you meet and exceed client expectations.
You will engage in annual discussions with clients about their digital marketing strategies, helping them to navigate the complexities of online advertising. Your ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling will be crucial in translating client needs into powerful solutions that achieve their most ambitious goals. You will act like an owner, moving with velocity through change and finding innovative ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers.
