Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience. With 10 years in customer-facing technical roles, such as Solutions Architect or Principal Consultant, you have a strong focus on enterprise systems. You possess 3 years of experience in system architecture and reading code, particularly in Python. Your expertise includes working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and conversational AI frameworks. A Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred, along with experience in building and scaling production systems and managing multi-stakeholder technical projects.

You are well-versed in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment setup and cloud technologies. Your experience extends to conversational AI frameworks like LangChain and Agent Development Kit, as well as enterprise contact center technologies such as Genesys and Twilio. You understand multi-agent architectures and the nuances of cyclic reasoning loops, enabling you to bridge the gap between LLM capabilities and deterministic enterprise systems like Salesforce and SAP. You have the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders in organizations.

What you'll do

As the AI Solutions Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for turning Agentic AI into production reality for Google’s global key customers across the Americas. You will sit at the nexus of Product, Engineering, and the Customer, translating complex business friction into elegant, reasoning-based AI solutions. In this leadership role, you will serve as the primary Directly Responsible Individual, refining RAG pipelines, debugging prompt chains in Colab, and unblocking technical API integrations. You will design and implement robust evaluation pipelines, utilizing gold datasets and automated Judge LLM frameworks to benchmark latency, accuracy, and brand fidelity. Additionally, you will author and scale technical assets and reusable internal tools to enable partners and internal organizations to deliver AI solutions at scale.
