You have a strong background in AI implementation and a proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your experience includes engaging with non-technical audiences to demystify AI and inspire action, ensuring that AI tools are effectively integrated into daily workflows. You are comfortable with rapid prototyping and iterative delivery, understanding the importance of adapting to feedback and evolving needs. Your ability to prioritize high-value use cases and evaluate emerging platforms will be key to your success in this role. You thrive in environments where you can partner closely with portfolio management teams to surface pain points and co-create solutions that unlock efficiency and alpha.
What you'll do
As the AI Implementation Lead, you will be accountable for the AI roadmap deliverables, working closely with investment professionals and engineering groups to identify and prioritize use cases that deliver the greatest impact. You will engage with a diverse set of users to surface critical AI-centric solutions, ensuring that these tools are adopted and utilized effectively across the firm. Your role will involve defining AI governance and best practices, creating a framework that supports successful implementation and usage of AI tools. You will measure the performance of your initiatives by the tangible business value they deliver, including strong ROI and high employee engagement through training and tool adoption. Collaboration will be essential, as you will work with various teams to iterate on feedback and continuously improve the AI solutions provided.
