Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking. Your background spans industries such as consumer electronics, telecom, e-commerce, and technology, giving you a broad perspective on market dynamics. You have experience working with C-level executives and managing cross-functional teams, which allows you to navigate complex organizational structures effectively. Your ability to manage agreements and partnerships is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to present key issues and recommendations to executive leadership. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and possess an entrepreneurial mindset that drives persistent execution and relationship-building.
Desirable
An MBA or JD is preferred, along with at least 3 years of experience managing people or teams. Your ability to facilitate discussions and interpret legal documents is crucial for success in this role. You have a knack for grasping complex technical and product concepts, which helps you engage effectively with product teams and partners alike.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Partnerships Development team at Google, responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with partners. Your extensive product knowledge and business acumen will position you at the forefront of interactions with partners, helping them leverage Google's latest offerings to drive growth. You will serve as a liaison between product teams and Google's ecosystem of partners, ensuring successful product launches and gathering valuable feedback to influence product roadmaps.
