Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 7 years in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking. Your experience includes working with C-level executives and managing agreements or partnerships, showcasing your ability to influence and negotiate effectively. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate strategies and secure favorable terms in complex partnership agreements. Your leadership experience includes guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring managers and associates, demonstrating your capability to drive impactful business outcomes.

Desirable

An MBA or Master's degree in a related field is preferred, as well as experience leading complex partnership initiatives that significantly influence business results. You are adept at identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing strategic partnership opportunities that align with overarching business objectives, showcasing your strategic mindset and analytical skills.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Partnerships Development Lead, you will open doors with potential partners and lead exploratory discussions to evaluate and develop business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with Google Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships that support our online advertising business. Your role will involve overseeing the integration and implementation of partnerships, ensuring successful launches and ongoing operations by working with cross-functional teams. You will monitor, analyze, and optimize partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth to achieve strategic goals.
