Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in cloud native architecture, ideally in a customer-facing or support role. Your expertise includes frameworks for deep learning such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax, and Ray, as well as AI accelerators like TPUs and GPUs. You are fluent in both Japanese and English, enabling you to effectively communicate with local and internal stakeholders.

Your background includes experience in building machine learning solutions and leveraging machine learning architectures, including deep learning, LSTM, and convolutional networks. You have a strong understanding of model architectures such as encoders, decoders, and transformers, and are skilled in using machine learning APIs. You are also experienced in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for distributed systems, and have a solid grasp of data and information management.

Desirable

A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred, along with a proven ability to learn and work with various technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.

What you'll do

In this role, you will facilitate the adoption of Google Cloud products by educational institutions, government agencies, and businesses, helping them become more productive, mobile, and collaborative. You will listen to customer needs and deliver tailored solutions, assisting fellow sales Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating and prototyping integrations in customer and partner environments, as well as recommending integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure necessary for implementing complete solutions on Google Cloud.

You will also travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed, acting as a public advocate for Google Cloud. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their challenges and providing them with the best solutions to meet their needs.
