You thrive in complex, matrixed organizations and understand the nuances of managing projects that span multiple teams and locations. Your technical expertise allows you to provide leadership on major projects while also optimizing your own code and ensuring that your engineers can optimize theirs. You are passionate about developing your team and contributing to product strategy, making you an ideal fit for this role.

Desirable

A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred, as is experience working in a complex, matrixed organization. Your ability to navigate these environments will enhance your effectiveness as a Software Engineering Manager.

What you'll do
