Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or consultative account management at a B2B software company. Your ability to engage and build relationships with a wide range of internal teams and customer stakeholders sets you apart. You are skilled in managing the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, and you have experience in commercial negotiations and agreements.
You are fluent in English and either Lithuanian or Estonian, enabling you to support clients effectively in the region. Your preferred qualifications include experience with consultative selling to executives at startup or digital native organizations, where you excel at asking questions, presenting future-forward proposals, and building multi-year account strategies and plans. You have a strong background in agreement structuring and managing multi-year engagements, as well as leading cross-functional teams in project implementation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage multi-year agreements and formulate persuasive proposals that illustrate a clear return on investment through data-driven business cases. You will design comprehensive deployment plans that align technical solutions with specific customer growth objectives. Mobilizing internal experts and external partners strategically will be key to driving solution consumption and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for expanding existing accounts, securing new customers, and accelerating consumption business by qualifying leads and presenting the value proposition of cloud, data, and AI technologies against customers’ business opportunities.
