Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience. With at least 3 years of experience, you've built and shipped production-grade AI-driven solutions to both external and internal customers using Python, TypeScript, or comparable languages. You have experience leading technical discovery sessions with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define AI and hardware infrastructure requirements. You are skilled in building pipelines for structured and unstructured data, incorporating vector databases and Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)-like architectures to power enterprise-grade AI solutions. Your expertise includes architecting Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems on cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You may also hold a Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field, which is preferred.

What you'll do

As a Field Solutions Architect at Google Cloud, you will function as an innovator-builder, moving beyond high-level architecture to code, debug, and jointly ship bespoke agentic solutions directly within the customer’s environment. You will identify repeatable field patterns and technical friction points in Google’s AI stack, converting them into reusable modules or formal product feature requests for the Engineering teams. Your role will involve co-building with customer engineering teams to instill Google-grade development best practices, ensuring long-term project success and high end-user adoption. You will also implement multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or Google’s ADK, and apply patterns like ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation. Your knowledge of LLM-native metrics and techniques for optimizing state management will be crucial in this role.
