Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics field or equivalent practical experience, along with 6 years of experience in providing production-grade AI solutions to customers. Your expertise includes L400-level proficiency in Python and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud. You have developed Generative AI solutions using foundation models and have experience with advanced Retrieval-augmented generation architectures.
You possess a strong understanding of multi-agent systems and have implemented them using frameworks such as LangGraph and Googleβs Agent Development Kit. Your knowledge extends to LLM-native metrics and techniques for optimizing state management and granular tracing. You are capable of implementing agentic workflows that incorporate tool-calling and OAuth-based authentication, and you can build full-stack applications that interact with enterprise IT infrastructures.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify repeatable field patterns and technical friction points in Googleβs AI stack, converting them into reusable modules or formal product feature requests for the Engineering teams. You will co-build with customer engineering teams to instill Google-grade development best practices, ensuring project success and end-user adoption. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions, ensuring that the AI systems meet requirements for accuracy, safety, and latency. You will also be involved in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the overall success of the team.
