Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in project management and technical solution delivery. With 5 years of experience in networking and compute infrastructure, you are well-versed in architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments. Your coding skills in Python and Bash scripting are complemented by your familiarity with OSS frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. You have a solid understanding of one or more domains including Networking, DevOps, Security, Compute, Storage, and Hadoop, which makes you a versatile candidate for this role.

Your preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You have experience in AI/ML Infrastructure, particularly with frameworks like JAX and PyTorch, and are knowledgeable about accelerated computing technologies such as Kubernetes and GPU workloads. You are comfortable with customer-facing migration tasks, including service discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operations. Your expertise extends to advanced networking and storage, where you have designed systems involving load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, and production-grade storage.

What you'll do

As an Integration Engineer at Google, you will guide customers through their cloud journey, helping them transform and evolve their business using Google’s global network and software infrastructure. You will interact with business partners and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks, and timelines, ensuring successful client outcomes. Your role will involve traveling approximately 50% of the time for client engagements, allowing you to work closely with clients and understand their needs firsthand.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to package approaches, best practices, and lessons learned into thought leadership and methodologies. Your technical expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements and drive business success. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and contributing to the overall growth of the team.
