Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes experience in technical domains such as Infrastructure, GKE, Data Engineering, or Cloud AI, and you are proficient in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines. You have a proven track record of engaging with, presenting to, or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders, showcasing your strong communication skills.
You possess experience in AI Infrastructure, GKE, or Data Engineering, and are familiar with SRE principles or Incident Response protocols. Your technical proficiency extends to object-oriented programming languages like Python and Java, which you use to remove blockers and accelerate customer deployment. You are adept at working with product and capacity teams to resolve technical and capacity blockers, ensuring smooth project execution.
What you'll do
As an Intervention Outcome Customer Engineer, you will serve as a specialized technical leader within the Dual-Purpose delivery team, focusing on execution, risk mitigation, and industrial scale. Your role involves acting as a technical execution engine, deployed to high-risk, complex, or Red/Amber workloads to provide high-intensity technical leadership. You will be responsible for resolving systemic blockers and identifying repeatable patterns for the Industrialized Hub, ensuring customers stabilize their delivery trajectory and move into production as quickly as possible.
You will employ your skills in coding, debugging, and systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployment. Your responsibilities include driving and tracking the progress of initial and ongoing workload ramp-ups, moving customers from agreement to consumption efficiently. You will also drive sustainable product usage to help customers realize ongoing value and secure future agreement renewals.
