You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with 15 years of experience building and designing distributed enterprise-level systems. Your background includes significant experience in AI/ML relevant to enterprise solutions, and you have a proven track record of leading and managing global engineering teams. You are well-versed in first-party and third-party systems integration and have successfully led system transformations.

With 20 years of experience in systems engineering, architecture, or a similar role, you possess a deep understanding of global supply chain, logistics, and related enterprise systems. Your expertise extends to complex data modeling and large-scale data processing within a supply chain context. You have a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting.

You excel at influencing and leading without direct authority, building strong relationships, and driving alignment across diverse teams. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enable you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and transform the architecture and evolution of highly scalable and resilient supply chain systems. You will drive significant improvements in efficiency, cost, and agility while collaborating across cloud systems, supply chain products, Platforms Infrastructure Engineering (PIE), and CorpEng. Your work will directly impact how businesses operate worldwide, shaping the future of global supply chains with state-of-the-art technology.

You will be at the forefront of AI innovation, driving 10x thinking and touchless user experiences. Your leadership will guide the engineering teams in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your teams, ensuring that they are equipped to tackle the challenges of modern supply chain management.
