Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience in full-stack software development using languages such as C++, Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript. You possess 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role and 2 years in a people management or team leadership role. Your background includes experience with developer tools, cloud-native platforms, or infrastructure products, particularly in Generative AI technologies. You are versatile and enthusiastic about tackling new problems across the full-stack as technology continues to evolve.

You have a strong foundation in information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking, data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design, and mobile technologies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to lead a team of experienced engineers to scale the AI-driven transformation of the software development lifecycle. Your leadership qualities shine as you work closely with cross-functional teams, including User Experience, Product Managers, and Technical Program Managers.

Desirable

A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred. Additionally, having 3 years of experience working in a structured organization will be beneficial. You are someone who brings fresh ideas from various areas and is excited about the opportunity to switch teams and projects as Google's fast-paced business grows and evolves.
