Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent practical experience. With 8 years of experience manufacturing test solutions for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), you are well-versed in generating product-specific test plans and executing testing accordingly. Your background includes developing or integrating manufacturing test hardware using custom electronics, fixturing, and instrumentation.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey project requirements and schedules to stakeholders. Your experience includes architecting complex manufacturing test solutions for CPU/GPU-based products, showcasing your ability to create comprehensive manufacturing test strategies that encompass structural, functional, and system tests.
What you'll do
As a Product Manufacturing Test Lead, you will lead the deployment of test infrastructure, ensuring that new product introduction (NPI) program test strategies are understood and executed. You will develop and manage test development schedules and budgets, overseeing the overall execution of test development. Your role will involve leading test development engineering teams to ensure that product test infrastructure is designed, developed, and deployed on time into partner factories.
You will drive communication with stakeholders regarding test development status through reviews and dashboards, collaborating closely with design engineering teams on Design for Test (DFT) and managing dependencies for test development. Additionally, you will develop technical documentation that outlines product test strategies, test plans, and test processes, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
