Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages. You possess 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, along with 1 year of experience in software design and architecture. You have a strong background in machine learning, with 3 years of experience in areas such as speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, or ML infrastructure. Your expertise includes model deployment, evaluation, optimization, and data processing, making you well-versed in the intricacies of machine learning systems.

You are familiar with data structures and algorithms, having at least 5 years of experience in this area. Your experience may also include a technical leadership role, where you have developed accessible technologies. You are passionate about developing technologies that change how billions of users connect and interact with information, and you thrive in environments that require innovative thinking and problem-solving.

Desirable

A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, as well as experience in developing large-scale systems. You are comfortable working with distributed computing and have a keen interest in artificial intelligence and natural language processing.
