Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in software development. Your background includes 5 years of experience with Generative AI techniques such as LLMs and Multi-Modal models, as well as a strong understanding of language modeling and computer vision. You have also spent 5 years testing and launching software products, demonstrating your ability to bring ideas to fruition. Your experience leading Machine Learning design and optimizing ML infrastructure is extensive, covering model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning. You possess a Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, which enhances your technical expertise. Additionally, you have 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, and 3 years in a technical leadership role, guiding project teams and setting technical direction. Your ability to work in a matrixed organization, including cross-functional projects, is well-established.
