Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience programming in Python or C++. Your background includes 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and you possess 1 year of experience with software design and architecture. You have specialized knowledge in one or more areas of machine learning, such as speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, or ML infrastructure, and you are familiar with model deployment, evaluation, optimization, and debugging.

You are comfortable working in a technical leadership role, having spent at least 1 year guiding teams or projects. Your expertise in data structures and algorithms is backed by 5 years of hands-on experience, and you have a keen interest in developing accessible technologies. You thrive in environments that require collaboration across various disciplines, including information retrieval, distributed computing, and large-scale system design.

Desirable

A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field would be a plus, as would experience in developing technologies that enhance user interaction and accessibility. You are eager to bring fresh ideas to the table and contribute to projects that impact billions of users.

What you'll do
