Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, particularly in the consumer electronics, telecom, or technology industries. You are fluent in both Italian and English, enabling you to effectively manage client relationships in the region. Your background includes experience in publisher yield management, ad operations, or sales, and you have a solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including ad-serving technology and data management platforms.

You possess excellent problem-solving and reasoning skills, with a keen ability to visualize data related to technical, contractual, and financial issues. You are detail-oriented and adept at prioritizing, planning, and organizing sales activities. Your strong communication skills allow you to build trust with partners and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desirable

Experience in account or partnership management within an Internet, search, or hi-tech company is a plus. Familiarity with managing agreements or partnerships will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of the digital advertising ecosystem and can leverage your knowledge to drive growth for your partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of interacting with Google's partners, helping them grow using Google's newest product offerings. You will manage and grow your partners' monetization revenue across various products, developing and owning relationships with partners' B-level and Ad Operations teams. As a trusted monetization advisor, you will collaborate with the go-to-market team and technical account managers to test and implement new products and features.

Your responsibilities will include identifying new opportunities for growth, analyzing market trends, and providing insights to partners on how to optimize their advertising strategies. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that partners receive the support they need to succeed. Your role will also involve monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations to enhance partner outcomes.
