Acronis is seeking a Strategic Partner Account Manager to drive the growth of their presence within service provider partners in Milan, Italy. This role requires strong strategic and tactical sales management skills.

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your strategic mindset allows you to balance short-term sales activities with long-term initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth for both Acronis and its partners. You excel in building relationships and collaborating with various stakeholders, including sales managers and leaders at service providers. Your ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth sets you apart as a top seller in your field.
You are skilled in training and onboarding new partners, ensuring they are equipped to represent Acronis effectively. Your communication skills enable you to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and deliver forecasts and business activity reports to the sales management team. You thrive in environments where your decisions can have a global impact, and you are motivated by the challenge of increasing revenue and market share.
What you'll do
In this role, you will establish, manage, and grow Acronisβ presence within existing and new service provider partners. You will be responsible for driving incremental Annual Recurring Revenue through the management of sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, and training new Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners, ensuring they are well-prepared to sell Acronis solutions. You will conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and strategize on future growth opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with sales managers and leaders at service providers to align on goals and drive mutual success. Your role will require you to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecasts and business activity reports to the Acronis sales management team. You will also be expected to balance immediate sales activities with long-term strategic initiatives, ensuring that Acronis remains a leader in the cyber protection space.
