You have at least 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment, where you've honed your skills in core administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, and calendar management. Your experience supporting executive-level management spans 6 years, where you've successfully managed small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. You possess the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, demonstrating a keen interest in using technology and the internet to enhance work efficiency. Your knowledge of process, project, and program management theory allows you to effectively apply these principles when addressing operational issues. You maintain confidentiality on all business matters and thrive in a collaborative, dynamic work environment, paying close attention to detail and accuracy.

What you'll do

As an Administrative Business Partner, you will be at the heart of your team's business operations, anticipating the needs of your managers and team members. Your role involves resolving operational and administrative issues proactively, ensuring that your team can focus on their projects. You will coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense activities with minimal guidance, advocating for office space needs as necessary.
