Who you are

You have at least 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment, adept at handling core administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, and calendar management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at anticipating the needs of your managers and team members, ensuring they can focus on their projects without operational distractions. Your strong business judgment and communication skills enable you to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders across the organization. You are organized, analytical, and up to date with the latest Google products and services, using this knowledge to strategically support your team's projects.

You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, where you have successfully managed small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. Your ability to maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial in this role, as you work behind the scenes to make a significant impact on the people you support and on Google users around the world.
