Google is hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer to support client relationship management in the gTech Ads team. You'll work with client-side web technologies and programming languages to troubleshoot technical issues and design solutions. This position requires fluency in Mandarin and English.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. You possess experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and have a solid foundation in coding with programming languages like Java, C/C++, or Python. Your troubleshooting skills are well-honed, allowing you to effectively address technical issues for both internal and external partners or customers. You are fluent in Mandarin and English, enabling you to manage client relationships effectively in this region.
You may also hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, which enhances your qualifications for this role. Your experience extends to working with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL, and you are familiar with cloud technologies, having architected, developed, or maintained cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering. You have a background in systems such as Linux, Unix, or Windows, which complements your technical expertise.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and challenges, identifying technical gaps and surfacing opportunities for solution reuse or innovations. You will design and implement solutions that meet client needs while ensuring compliance with data and legal policies. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you work closely with clients to develop subject matter expertise in trending spaces within the industry. You will also be part of gTechβs Professional Services team, which takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers.
